Multi-award winning trainer Oonagh Duncan uses the latest exercise and nutrition coaching to deliver results like you've never experienced before. Every workout is different so your body is always challenged and you are never bored.
You can expect High Intensity Interval Training, Functional Strength, tons of Core work…and to feel very proud when you are done!
But don’t be intimidated – Oonagh and her
awesome trainers (Emily, Dione, and Julia) are ready to give you individualized modifications and personal coaching to make sure you are on track to achieving your fitness goals and feeling amazing every step of the way.

Every bootcamp uses certified Personal Trainers. This Bootcamp has multi-award winning certified Personal Trainers.

Where and when?
Classes are in Christie Pits, Riverdale Park and High Park. Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 6-7am. There is another option at 9:45am on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Christie Pits only.
How much for the month?
Your monthly Bootcamp membership start at $160/month.
Can I start today or do I have to wait for a new session to start?
You can start at any time! Your Bootcamp starts on the next bootcamp day from the day you sign up! So whenever you are ready to get fitter, stronger and healthier, you're good to go!
Is it indoors or outdoors?
Outdoors, baby! If you current fitness space doesn't smell like lilacs and fresh grass, you are missing out!
What happens if it rains?
Bootcamp runs rain or shine but don't worry - each park has a shelter so you won't get drenched. The only time we ever cancel is in case of thunderstorms, in which case we make up the class the next day.
Are the workouts hard?
Short answer? Yes. By that I mean that everyone will be challenged to their absolute best every class. Your best is different than anyone else's best. If everyone else is sprinting and doing box jumps and your best is walking and doing step ups, that's perfect. Our camps include people at all fitness levels so there will always be someone else doing the same intensity as you and your trainer will always help you to find an intensity that is appropriate for YOU.
Do classes run on holidays?
No, classes do not run on any stat holiday. Instead, those days will be made up on the next business day of the following week.
